I used Superior Rug Service to clean my large living room rug. I have had for four years in the very active living room. We have a large dog and a toddler. Let's just say my husband was surprised the rug was not gray after it was washed.

Honestly, it did look like when I had just bought it. I though the color was permanently faded but a good wash showed the lovely blue color.

I had reached out to several services about washing the rug. For the same price as a general steam, they picked up the rug and cleaned in house.

I would gladly use this service again. I have a bedroom rug that will need the same attention very soon. If you need anything cleaned I highly recommend this place.

I have had an oriental area rug for about 35 years. I have it cleaned twice a year as it is in a high traffic area and we have pets. The last cleaning company returned it blotchy and dirty. A big carpet cleaning company didn't care about my complaints. I decided to give Superior a try after that bad experience. When they returned it, I was shocked. It was beautiful. Looked like new. Superior Rug Services did great work. I had originally had my extremely dirty oriental rugs cleaned by another rug cleaning company and the other company did a very poor job. I then took my rugs to Superior.
Superior showed me what a proper cleaning entailed, performed the work, and my rugs came back clean. Seeing the rugs after they were cleaned, I noticed that they were in need of repair. Our dog had a badly upset stomach on our wool area rug. We thought the rug was a goner and were already contemplating buying a replacement. Enter Superior Rug Services. The rug came back today like new. The whole experience with Superior from the initial call to the pickup and delivery of the cleaned rug were terrific. We used Superior twice, and both times the result was "superior" !  The price was Reasonable.   They picked up our rugs,  cleaned them and delivered them back to us on time and restored to their former glory.  Superior even restored some of the fringe along the edge of the carpet which had frayed with age.  I will use them again.

The service was excellent. From pickup to delivery. Our puppy had accidents on the rug.  After Superiors cleaning there was no evidence of odors that had lingered and the rug looked like new. On top of it all the price was excellent!   Would definitely use them again for area rugs.

I highly recommend Superior Rug Services. They were recommended to me by a friend who used the service, and I'm extremely happy with the result. Chris gave me a clear window for my rug pickup, and checked in with me when he was on his way. The turnaround was about a week, and he brought it back looking amazing. The rug was seriously gross before the cleaning -- like basically a giant dog wee wee pad. Now it smells fresh and looks like a brand new rug. Chris is also super nice -- 5 stars!

I am a design coordinator and my client had a valuable old Chinese area rug that hadn't been cleaned in years.  He was in the middle of a move from one condo to another, so I requested the rug be picked up from its Marina del Rey home and delivered to the new home in Santa Monica.  No problem, and the clean rug was delivered on the date promised.  A deeper royal blue border I have never seen. My client was happy, and so was I! Thank you.

Had an expensive rug I neglected for years. Called Superior Rug Services and really happy I did. They came on time to  pick up and move some heavy furniture to roll up my 9x12 rug. My boss had about 10 rugs that needed severe repair and/or cleaning, all ranging in size from 3x4 to 9x1. From the moment I called and spoke with Shane to my email and text correspondence with Chris, everything was perfectly seamless. They were both so kind and helpful, and it was easy to arrange the pick-up and drop-off. On the day of the pick-up, my boss realized that he forgot to have Chris take one last rug, and Chris was so great to swing back by the next day to collect it. After the rugs were delivered about a week later, just before Thanksgiving, I checked in with my boss to make sure all went well. He was thrilled and said they looked "amazing." He returned the rug in dazzling condition - precisely on time for an important event at the house. We even received photos of the process. A nice touch. We couldn't be happier.
